Companies are confronted with increasingly demanding challenges that can usually only be overcome through change programs. The programs actioned are typically unexpected by those affected, and can often be uncomfortable, even for the most committed employees.

A crucial factor in change projects is communication, which, although often underestimated, has a significant influence on the success of the change. But not only communication is an important pillar in the change phase, but also the health of the employees and their personal growth.

With change, individuals, teams and leaders are challenged to respond positively and creatively to unfamiliar situations, in order to shape a new and better future.

My approach is integrative change communications that integrates aspects of heath into empathic communication. My goal is to help individuals and leaders emerge stronger from change situations.
A harmonious and empathically-communicated change program strengthens mental and physical health. This empowers employees to embrace and actively contribute to the success of the program. All involved emerge stronger. Employees feel included as principle agents of the change program, and therefore more satisfied. This also benefits a company's reputation and employer brand value.

My skills
Throughout my career as a communications consultant, collaboration and communication with diverse personalities have been the key fundament of my work. Over the years, I have developed and refined my abilities to approach people, to listen, to establish connections and to design and customize advice.
During the many change projects I have had the privilege to accompany, the aspect of health has become increasingly important to me. On the one hand, the change projects required a stable health on my part, in order to be able to cope with the challenge during the change. On the other hand, I also observed an increasingly unhealthy attitude of expectation within the companies that often disregarded health aspects among the employees. A responsible approach in times of change means helping companies find more empathetic approaches to interact and communicate with their employees.
Mental and physical health provide the basis for resilience and self-responsibility. Keeping my mind and body healthy and strengthened has always been important to me personally. An efficient health-promoting measure is to spend time in nature, to re-charge our batteries during times of change. Going outdoors strengthens our connection with nature and allows us to learn mindfulness. My trainings as a wellness consultant and mindfulness trainer complete my offer for integrative change communication.
