I have always been fascinated by people, their motivations and abilities. As an authentic communicator, lover of human nature and passionate networker, I enjoy working with and for people. For me, wellbeing and closeness to nature are fundamental elements for mental and physical health.

 

With harmonize, I combine my acquired skills as a leader with those as a communication and wellness consultant. The person is the focus of all my consultations. 

 

I have more than 25 years of leadership and consulting experience. I have worked in leading global companies in the areas of strategic communication, internal communication, change communication, as well as leadership and employee communication. I have also worked in renowned communications agencies, for both national and international clients. I have been offering wellness consulting services on a part-time basis for more than 20 years. 

 

My Master’s degree in Business Communications and training as a wellness consultant are the fundamentals of my consulting work.

 

On my travels, mainly to Southeast Asia, and also in Central and South America, the US and Europe, I have had the opportunity to embrace different cultures and appreciate the diversity and magnificence of humanity. This greatly motivates me to accompany people and companies on their journey in times of change.
